Supporting photos of the issue are required for verification.

6. Refund Processing Time

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 10 business days.
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

7. Non-Returnable Items

8. Exchanges

9. Order Cancellations
